Promotions Assistant in Fort Myers, Florida at Fort Myers Mighty Mussels

We are seeking part-time seasonal Promotions Assistant for the 2027 season (approximately February to August). The Promotions Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional activities and fan engagement initiatives at the ballpark throughout the season.

Responsibilities include assisting with on-field promotions, between-inning entertainment, contests, giveaways, sponsor activations, theme nights, and other special events designed to enhance fan experience. Additional duties include preparing and organizing promotional materials, coordinating with stadium staff, sponsors, mascots, and on-field talent, assisting with pregame, in-game, and post-game activities, interacting with fans, and helping ensure promotions are executed according to established schedules and production cues.

The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, outgoing, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to engage with fans in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-event environment and available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and scheduled game days as required.
