Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a rewarding home care setting. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a lasting relationship with a child and family while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of their home.
⭐ Available Shifts
Coverage Needed:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 24 hours per week
- Consistent daytime schedule
⭐ About the Case
- Pediatric patient receiving care in the home setting
- G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care
- One-on-one private duty nursing
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Supportive family and clinical team

⭐ What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
- Administer and monitor G-tube feedings
- Perform routine G-tube care and assessments
- Monitor the patient's overall health status and report changes as appropriate
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care
⭐ Pay Rate
RN: Up to $45/hr
⭐ What You Bring
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
