Schedule: Outpatient | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $200,000–$300,000+ base salary, plus sign-on bonus and potential incentive opportunities

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, preventive medicine, and long-term patient relationships in a collaborative, outpatient-focused environment.
We proudly serve a diverse patient population, and physicians fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred, but language fluency is not required. We welcome qualified physicians who are passionate about delivering culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
What You'll DoComprehensive Primary CareProvide outpatient primary care services within the scope of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, routine physicals, and follow-up appointments.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on prevention, disease management, and long-term health outcomes.
Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease management.
Encourage continuity of care through proactive follow-up and patient engagement.
Build trusted relationships with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers, Care Managers, Behavioral Health professionals, and specialty teams.
Coordinate referrals, diagnostic services, and follow-up care.
Participate in a team-based care model designed to improve access, quality, and patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Comply with applicable clinical, regulatory, and professional standards.
Support quality improvement initiatives, preventive care measures, and value-based care programs.
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
Family Medicine, or
Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds).
Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one before starting.
DEA registration and applicable controlled substance authorization, or ability to obtain them as required.
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and effective communication.
Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
Experience serving diverse or underserved patient populations.
Experience in outpatient primary care.
Familiarity with value-based care, population health, or chronic disease management.
Outpatient-focused practice with a Monday–Friday schedule.
