Your role:- Full-cycle recruitment on a global scale: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating next steps, and extending offers
- Collaboration with Talent Sourcers
- Managing and advising key stakeholders (in collaboration with the Lead)
- Participating in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions; finding unconventional recruitment approaches
- Supporting colleagues
- Maintaining the ATS
- Preparing reports
- 4+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles
- Proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones
- Flexible, results-oriented approach
- Business acumen (preferred)
- Strong English skills (speaking and writing at B2 - C1+ level)
- Working with a strong global team where we care about each other and share the best practices
