PHE is hiring Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associates to help us keep things moving during our busiest time of year! We have openings on 1st and 2nd shifts, so you can choose the schedule that works best for you.

These products are part of our everyday business, so being comfortable working around adult products and having a professional, open-minded attitude is a must. Pay + Productivity Incentives

1st Shift: $14.50/hour BASE PAY
PLUS earn an additional $2–$10/hour based on productivity!

2nd Shift: $15.50/hour BASE PAY
PLUS earn an additional $2–$10/hour based on productivity!

Seasonal work begins with training on November 3, 2026.

We have two schedules available. Please indicate which schedule you are applying for:

1st Shift: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 6:00am–2:00pm 2nd Shift: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 2:00pm–10:00pm

The Job

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll help us keep things moving during our busiest season. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.

You’ll also help with receiving, shipping, mail distribution, inventory organization, and other warehouse activities as needed.

Order Fulfillment (Primary)

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves, bins, and storage locations based on customer orders and packing documentation.

• Verify product descriptions, item numbers, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.

• Use handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or other technology to locate and confirm products.

• Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.

• Select appropriate packaging materials and securely pack products to prevent damage during transit.

• Accurately label packages and prepare required shipping documentation.

• Perform a final check of orders before shipment to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.

• Maintain an organized and efficient picking and packing area.

Safety & Warehouse Operations (Primary)

• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and handheld scanners.

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable OSHA requirements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to a supervisor.

• Handle products and equipment safely to prevent damage to merchandise, property, or equipment.

Receiving and Stock (Secondary)

• Assist with preparing completed orders for carrier pickup and shipment.

• Sort, stage, and organize packages according to shipping requirements.

• Assist with receiving incoming merchandise, supplies, and other deliveries.

• Help unload, inspect, sort, and organize incoming products.

• Assist with stocking and putting merchandise away in designated warehouse locations.

• Report damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies.

• Provide additional support to Shipping and Receiving during periods of increased workload.

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, order fulfillment, distribution, shipping/receiving, or a similar environment preferred.

• Ability to accurately read and follow pick lists, packing instructions, product information, and shipping documentation.

• Experience using handheld scanners, barcode scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or similar technology preferred.

• Ability to accurately identify products by item number, description, size, quantity, and location.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use warehouse and shipping systems.

• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy and quality.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet established productivity standards.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull products and packages and remain on your feet for extended periods.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to assist with multiple warehouse functions as business needs require.
