Easy Foods is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join and help our Business Thrive!

The Maintenance and Engineering Night Supervisor is responsible for leading all maintenance and engineering activities during the night shift, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, rapid response to downtime events, and strict adherence to the plant’s reliability and work order processes. This role serves as the primary liaison between production and maintenance during off-hours and is a critical driver of execution within the plant’s closed-loop reliability system.

This position supervises a team of 2–4 industrial mechanics and ensures all maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and with a high standard of technical quality and problem definition.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (With flexibility as needed for business demands) , 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM.

Required

• Strong working knowledge of:
• Pneumatics
• Hydraulics
• Electrical systems
• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial environment
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems using structured cause analysis
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Preferred

• Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated industry
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., MaintainX)
• Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or TPM principles
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience
