You will thrive in a remote-first, international environment that values ownership, analytical thinking, collaboration, and a strong bias toward execution.

  • Leadership advisory and communication: Prepare compelling presentations, executive summaries, and data-backed recommendations to support senior leadership decisions on product strategy, business priorities, and market opportunities.

  • Stakeholder influence and alignment: Build consensus across cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and ensure alignment on strategic priorities, responsibilities, and execution plans.

  • Continuous improvement and innovation: Identify opportunities for business transformation, process optimization, and the effective use of AI tools and modern productivity workflows to improve strategic analysis and execution.

  • Impact measurement: Define success metrics, monitor the results of strategic initiatives, and use performance insights to refine priorities and improve product, customer, and business outcomes.

  • Executive communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and create persuasive presentations for senior stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder management: Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and maintain alignment in fast-moving environments.

  • Adaptability and ownership: A proactive, self-directed approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a high-growth organization.

  • AI and productivity tools: Practical experience using AI tools and modern productivity workflows to improve research, analysis, strategic planning, and execution efficiency.
