- Coach managers and leaders on performance management, team effectiveness, organizational change, and day-to-day leadership challenges.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, documentation, and resolution of sensitive issues.
- Own and execute core People processes such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, promotions, and talent calibration sessions.
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends in attrition, performance, engagement, and organizational health, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen hiring, onboarding, and people development practices across the organization.
- 8+ years of progressive HR or People experience, including at least 4+ years in a dedicated Business Partner role.
- Strong experience supporting GTM or revenue-driven teams within SaaS or subscription-based organizations.
- Background in at least one engineering-led or deep tech environment, with understanding of product-driven cultures and technical organizations.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and senior-level performance issues.
- Strong people analytics capability with the ability to interpret workforce data and influence leadership decisions.
- Experience working in remote-first or distributed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of US multi-state employment law and compliance considerations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Competitive base salary with equity participation
- Unlimited paid time off and flexible work arrangements
- Remote-first culture with distributed teams across the United States
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Fully paid parental leave (up to 16 weeks)
- Home office, coworking, and internet stipends
