This role is centered on building and nurturing strategic, high-value partnerships with enterprise healthcare providers. You will act as a trusted advisor to complex healthcare organizations, helping them maximize the value of digital solutions while aligning technology adoption with clinical and operational goals. The position requires a strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including hospitals, health systems, or payer environments, and the ability to translate data and insights into measurable performance improvements. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive product adoption, uncover expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term customer success. Operating in a consultative, client-facing capacity, you will also support training needs, strategic planning, and executive-level business reviews. This is a high-impact role where relationship management, healthcare expertise, and strategic thinking come together to influence outcomes across enterprise clients.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and ensuring the successful adoption and value realization of healthcare technology solutions. You will act as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, driving engagement, performance improvement, and long-term partnership growth.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic healthcare provider accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term account plans aligned with customer goals and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement using data analysis and customer insights
  • Drive adoption of solutions and ensure alignment with clinical and operational objectives
  • Deliver consultative support to help clients maximize product value and ROI
  • Develop narratives and presentations demonstrating product impact and business value
  • Identify training, education, and enablement needs across customer organizations
  • Facilitate collaboration and best practice sharing among clients and stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams and leadership on strategic initiatives and account execution
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings healthcare industry experience, strong client management skills, and the ability to operate as a strategic advisor in complex enterprise environments. You are analytical, relationship-driven, and comfortable engaging with senior healthcare stakeholders.

  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, ideally within health systems, hospitals, or acute care environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare organizations, workflows, and operational models
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing advisory roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with CRM tools and SaaS or healthcare technology platforms (EHR experience is a plus)
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple enterprise accounts
  • Strategic mindset with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within California with occasional travel to Toronto
