- Deliver engaging audit and professional education programs through webinars, seminars, conferences, and on-site training sessions for accounting professionals and firms.
- Develop, review, and enhance technical audit content, training materials, and consulting resources to ensure accuracy, relevance, and high educational value.
- Partner with public accounting firms to identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency, effectiveness, and best practices.
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on evolving audit standards, methodologies, and industry developments.
- Support consulting engagements by providing strategic guidance, technical insight, and practical recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain high-quality learning experiences and client satisfaction.
- Travel as needed to support in-person engagements, conferences, and customer training initiatives across the United States.
- 8+ years of experience within a public accounting firm, including experience at manager, senior manager, or partner level.
- Strong expertise in technical audit topics, audit supervision, client engagement management, and professional standards.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting credential required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills, ideally gained through training or teaching experience.
- Excellent writing and content development abilities, including technical writing and presentation creation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within virtual teams while maintaining a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Familiarity with PPC audit methodology is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–60 days annually depending on business needs.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,100 to $185,900 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
