This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced audit professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, consulting, and education in a highly collaborative environment. In this role, you will help accounting professionals strengthen audit quality, efficiency, and compliance through impactful training and advisory services. You will contribute to the development of industry-leading educational content while engaging directly with firms through seminars, webinars, conferences, and consulting engagements. The position offers strong flexibility with a fully remote setup, balanced with meaningful client interaction and travel opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced and knowledge-driven environment where innovation, communication, and continuous learning are highly valued. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advancing the accounting profession while making a measurable impact across a broad client network.

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver engaging audit and professional education programs through webinars, seminars, conferences, and on-site training sessions for accounting professionals and firms.
  • Develop, review, and enhance technical audit content, training materials, and consulting resources to ensure accuracy, relevance, and high educational value.
  • Partner with public accounting firms to identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency, effectiveness, and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on evolving audit standards, methodologies, and industry developments.
  • Support consulting engagements by providing strategic guidance, technical insight, and practical recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain high-quality learning experiences and client satisfaction.
  • Travel as needed to support in-person engagements, conferences, and customer training initiatives across the United States.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience within a public accounting firm, including experience at manager, senior manager, or partner level.
  • Strong expertise in technical audit topics, audit supervision, client engagement management, and professional standards.
  • CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting credential required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills, ideally gained through training or teaching experience.
  • Excellent writing and content development abilities, including technical writing and presentation creation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within virtual teams while maintaining a proactive and self-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with PPC audit methodology is considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40–60 days annually depending on business needs.
