  • Ensure platform solutions align with industry standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, and secure-by-design principles.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including 3–5+ years leading and mentoring product teams.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms, platform security, identity management, and access control systems.
  • Deep understanding of SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC), RBAC/ABAC models, SCIM provisioning, and API-first platform architecture.
  • Experience working with compliance and governance frameworks including SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
  • Proven ability to build scalable, durable platform solutions for enterprise customers in regulated environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a pragmatic and execution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience engaging both technical and executive audiences.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, cybersecurity, or highly regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Engineering or technical background is considered a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Competitive compensation package including bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous HSA company contributions and 401(k) matching program.
  • Unlimited PTO for salaried employees plus paid holidays.
  • Paid parental leave for birth and adoptive parents.
  • Annual wellness reimbursement program.
