This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator - First Advantage in India.
This role is focused on ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of a complex Salesforce environment supporting multiple business units such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations. You will act as a key owner of the platform’s configuration, administration, and optimization, ensuring high data integrity and seamless user experience. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable CRM solutions. The position combines hands-on administration, system support, and strategic enhancement of Salesforce capabilities. You will also contribute to automation, reporting, and integration initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency and business growth. This is a high-responsibility role for an experienced Salesforce professional passionate about CRM excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and system performance monitoring.
- Design and maintain automation solutions using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
- Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving platform and user challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable CRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity through effective data management practices and tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and change management activities.
- Support and manage integrations with third-party tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, and others.
- Contribute to system audits, performance monitoring, and release management activities.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in mid-to-large scale organizations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform tools such as Flows, Lightning App Builder, Process automation, and permission management.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Experience in data management, including data import/export tools and maintaining high data quality standards.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Experience with integrated tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, and Tableau is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
