Senior Construction Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA | Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Sr. Construction Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Construction Advisory Services team by providing high level onsite administrative, coordination, and operational support. This individual will serve as a center point of organization, communication, and execution, ensuring the team remains focused, aligned, and efficient. The role is essential to maintaining structured workflows, managing priorities, and fostering clear, consistent communication across the team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and skilled at building trust while navigating a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Support

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.

  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries, as requested.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Act as an extension of the leadership team for administrative tasks.

  • Organize and maintain files ensuring critical information is easily accessible.

Task and Project Coordination

  • Provide comprehensive onsite administrative and coordination support to the Construction Advisory Services team.

  • Anticipate team needs and proactively resolve issues to keep workflows running smoothly.

  • Maintain and update project management tools such as Procore, Excel, SharePoint, and ensuring that information is logically organized and accessible.

  • Support tracking progress on key initiatives and compiling updates for leadership.

Meeting Management

  • Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare and share agendas in advance of key meetings.

  • Help organize and document internal meetings, ensuring insights are recorded and categorized for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Proven equivalent experience or Bachelor’s degree, required

  • 5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience, required

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and initiative.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and BlueBeam. Must be familiar with Procore

  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and bring order to chaos.

  • Highly detailed orientated, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Open to frequent travel, as needed, driven by project demands.
