As the Ophthalmic Technician Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading clinic operations, supporting providers, mentoring staff, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a high-performing team of ophthalmic technicians
- Coordinate daily clinic flow and provider support for MD and OD teams
- Train, mentor, coach, and develop staff to enhance skills and performance
- Conduct onboarding, performance evaluations, recognition, and corrective action when needed
- Communicate daily priorities, workflow updates, and operational changes to staff
- Assist in improving provider schedules and clinic efficiency to optimize patient care
- Delegate and triage tasks effectively to maintain smooth operations
- Foster positive communication between providers, staff, and patients
- Resolve concerns professionally while maintaining a calm, patient-focused environment

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required
- Ophthalmology or medical office experience preferred
