As our Sales Operations Manager, you will serve as a key operational partner of our Supplemental Insurance Solutions business, owning core functions across reporting, CRM systems, compensation administration, and sales process optimization. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Compliance to improve efficiency, enhance visibility into performance, and support consistent execution across multiple sales channels. Your work will directly influence how effectively we grow and operate.

What You Will Do
Reporting to our Sr. Director, Supplemental Insurance Solutions & Channels, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing, documenting, and optimizing sales processes and operational workflows across multiple distribution channels.
- Managing day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission tracking, payout validation, reporting, and operational analysis.
- Building and maintaining sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility and support decision-making.
- Managing CRM systems and sales technology workflows, ensuring data integrity, reporting functionality, and process improvements.
- Supporting forecasting and business planning by analyzing trends, preparing insights, and contributing to leadership decision-making.
- Providing operational sales support, coordinating onboarding activities, and partnering with Compliance and carrier partners to ensure smooth execution.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or related roles in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience managing reporting, CRM systems, or operational processes that support sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated sales environments is preferred.
