Job Summary:
At the Heritage, the journey of a dish doesn’t end at the pass—it begins there. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented food runner to be the vital link between our culinary team and our guests. In fine dining, the runner is more than a delivery person; you are the final checkpoint for excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- The Final Polish: Conduct a final quality check on every plate, ensuring garnishes and presentation meet our executive chef’s exacting standards.
- Precision Delivery: Use "Open Service" techniques to place dishes without interrupting the guest’s experience.
- Expert Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of ingredients and allergens to confidently answer guest questions upon delivery.
- The Orchestrator: Work in lockstep with the Expeditor and Servers to maintain a flawless tempo during peak service hours.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a full service restaurant
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Must excel at clear, courteous communication with both guests and internal teams.
Base Pay:
$16.90+ Tips
