SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified COMSEC Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking a COMSEC Manager is responsible for managing communications security resources,implementing encryption standards, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurityregulations to protect sensitive information.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Advise senior management (e.g., CIO) on risk levels and security posture.
- Ensure security improvement actions are evaluated, validated, and implemented as required.
- Recognize a possible security violation and take appropriate action to report the incident, as required.
- Supervise or manage protective or corrective measures when a cybersecurity incident or vulnerability is discovered.
- Advise senior management (e.g., CIO) on cost/benefit analysis of information security programs, policies, processes, and systems, and elements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the enterprise continuity of operations program, strategy, and mission assurance.
- Communicate the value of information technology (IT) security throughout all levels of the organization stakeholders.
- Establish overall enterprise information security architecture (EISA) with the organization’s overall security strategy.
- Evaluate cost benefit, economic, and risk analysis in decision making process.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 7 years of experience.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
