Job Description

Description:
  • Assist Manufacturing Engineering to identify and check the availability of the tools in-house. Also, search for the right tool to use.
  • Review customer spec, prints and processing requirements. Report to Manufacturing Engineer about issues found.
  • Searching components spec and process requirements from suppliers.
  • Follow up with the buyer for any new tools acquisition.
  • On-site support for NPI and production lines.
  • Assist in design and support fixtures for production.
  • Train assemblers use new or existing equipment.
  • Order and manage equipment and tools if needed.
  • Additional projects/ roles/ responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High School or college degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years’ experience of cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing is desired (entry Level)
  • Good knowledge about interconnect technologies and products
