Social Media & Content Creator in LAREDO, Texas at Ariva Group

ARIVA Homes is looking for a creative, motivated, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media & Content Creator. This role will focus on creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and helping showcase our homes, communities, and company culture across multiple platforms.

• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Visit communities and model homes to capture content
• Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Write captions, post content, and help maintain a consistent brand voice
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments when needed
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote events, inventory homes, and company announcements
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules
• Support branding and marketing efforts across digital platforms

• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Comfortable taking photos and filming video content
• Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience in marketing, social media, photography, or real estate is a plus

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally to communities and events as needed
• Flexible schedule for occasional weekend or evening content/events
