DESCRIPTION:

Our company is seeking an AV Installation Supervisor to lead our audiovisual installation projects for our Corporate Office in Broomall, PA. The Installation Supervisor will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of audio-visual system setups, ensuring that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This person's leadership will ultimately drive team performance, troubleshoot technical issues on-site, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily installation activities for audiovisual systems, including mounting displays, configuring sound systems, and cabling setups.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure clear communication and timely project completion.
• Lead field service operations by troubleshooting software issues, hardware malfunctions, and electrical or mechanical problems on-site.
• Utilize schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to guide installation processes accurately.
• Manage cabling tasks involving low voltage wiring, electrical connections, and telecommunication lines while adhering to safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Train and mentor installation technicians on the proper use of hand tools, safety protocols, and technical procedures related to AV systems.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in electrical work, telecommunication systems, or related fields
• Hands-on knowledge of low voltage systems, cabling techniques, and mechanical assembly required for AV installations.
• Familiarity with software troubleshooting for AV equipment and computer hardware integration.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately to guide installations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills in field service environments.
• Prior supervisory experience leading installation teams or managing projects.
