Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with assigned dealer accounts through ongoing communication and strategic support.
  • Educate clients on available marketing programs, products, and services while identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop, update, and present customized marketing plans designed to maximize dealer performance and minimize business risks.
  • Monitor industry and marketplace trends and provide recommendations to help clients adapt their marketing strategies effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, customer feedback, and service requests within CRM and contact management systems.
  • Edit and proofread dealer communications and marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage calendars, timelines, and project coordination for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Produce performance reports, recommendations, and quality control reviews to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist with resolving data issues, process optimization, and implementation of operational best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in marketing support, account management, customer success, sales, or consultative client service roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong proofreading, editing, and written communication capabilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving remote environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, phone-based client communication, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work remotely from an approved U.S. location.
