  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal cross-functional partners.
Requirements

This role requires strong pharmaceutical sales experience, clinical understanding of eye health, and the ability to manage a complex field territory with autonomy and discipline.

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in ophthalmology, optometry, or eye health preferred.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret territory data and market trends.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage territory logistics, travel extensively (25–50%), and work independently in a field-based role.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
