  • Support system certification and accreditation activities, including privacy impact assessments and third-party evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with federal program stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on Drupal experience including custom module development, theming, and API integration.
  • Strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, with exposure to additional technologies such as Python, .NET, or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience integrating federal identity and eligibility systems such as Login.gov and SAVE.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, automated testing, and configuration management.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards including Section 508 and experience applying U.S. Web Design System principles.
  • Experience working within federal compliance frameworks including security accreditation, privacy assessments, and vulnerability management.
  • Background in agile environments with exposure to design thinking and user-centered development practices.
  • Experience with testing frameworks including functional, performance, and automated QA methodologies.
  • Understanding of enterprise or federal IT environments including cloud infrastructure and multi-platform systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilities
  • Flexible work schedules supporting work-life balance
  • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness coverage options
  • Professional training and continuous career development opportunities
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Opportunities to work on high-impact federal digital transformation programs
  • Exposure to emerging technologies including AI-assisted development tools
