  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact PR and media strategies in complex or mission-driven environments.
  • Strong experience serving as a spokesperson and managing high-visibility media engagements.
  • Demonstrated success in crisis communications and managing fast-moving, sensitive communications situations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with journalists, media partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring communications effectiveness and media impact.
  • Background in advocacy, public affairs, or policy communications is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level responsibilities and experience
