Legal Analyst

As a key contributor to the Legal department, you will help manage legal workflows, maintain operational efficiency, and support contract and compliance-related processes. The position combines analytical work, administrative coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for someone highly organized and detail-oriented. You will work closely with legal and compliance professionals while contributing to process improvement initiatives and reporting activities that support business operations. Accountabilities:
  • Manage the intake, organization, and tracking of legal requests, matters, and department workflows from initiation through resolution.
  • Maintain and improve internal trackers, logs, reporting systems, and databases to support legal operations and compliance activities.
  • Prepare regular reports, trend analyses, and operational summaries related to Legal department requests and activities.
  • Assist with contract lifecycle management, including execution, amendments, renewals, and termination coordination.
  • Support legal counsel with document preparation and production for subpoenas, discovery requests, and other legal proceedings.
  • Document and maintain departmental processes and workflows while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Coordinate with compliance and other internal departments on ongoing initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure accurate data management, administrative organization, and timely completion of assigned legal support tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with at least 2 years of related legal, compliance, or administrative support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished communication style.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting legal operations, contract workflows, reporting, or document management processes preferred.
  • Strong typing and administrative coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and departments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state approved for remote employment.
