Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute regional quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with business objectives, pipeline goals, and channel growth initiatives.
  • Drive integrated demand generation campaigns with partners, including account-based marketing, digital programs, executive events, webinars, conferences, and multi-touch campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field marketing, digital teams, sales, channel organizations, and marketing operations to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize partner marketing programs to generate net-new business opportunities, expand pipeline, and improve brand awareness across targeted segments.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, ROI, and pipeline contribution while recommending improvements for ongoing optimization.
  • Support operational processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency and scalability across regional partner marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to strengthen collaboration and maximize joint marketing success.
  • Travel up to 25% to support partner events, business reviews, conferences, and strategic meetings.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within the technology industry.
  • Proven success developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate pipeline growth and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales environments and partner ecosystems within the IT or cybersecurity space.
  • Experience managing both live and digital marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, email nurture campaigns, and lead generation programs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to evaluate ROI, measure campaign performance, and communicate insights to leadership teams.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple marketing functions and working closely with sales and partner organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement processes, including Salesforce integration and lead management workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives independently while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $123,250 to $207,000 USD annually based on experience and qualifications.
  • High earning potential through performance-driven compensation opportunities.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • Comprehensive global benefits package, including healthcare and wellness support.
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
  • Ongoing professional development, product training, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Collaborative and innovative work culture with strong cross-functional engagement.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-powered and cybersecurity-focused technologies.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and accessibility.
