Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute regional channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and dealer network performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing dealers and sales partners across assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular field visits with ASMs and dealers to provide coaching, sales support, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, KPIs, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company programs, promotions, and initiatives across the dealer network.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams to resolve issues and support channel success.
  • Oversee reporting accuracy and ensure timely submission of regional performance data and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level customer and partner relationships to support long-term growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in B2B channel or indirect sales environments.
  • Proven success in regional or multi-territory sales leadership roles managing field sales teams such as Area Sales Managers.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets, dealer growth, and market expansion objectives.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales models, dealer ecosystems, and partner-driven revenue strategies.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales organizations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and market trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70% field-based work, including overnight travel).

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary aligned with senior regional sales leadership roles.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Disability and life insurance coverage.
  • Field-based leadership role with high autonomy and customer engagement.
  • Professional development within a global organization focused on innovation and sustainability.
  • Inclusive and values-driven culture emphasizing integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
