Accountabilities:
  • Drive national revenue growth across the UAS Utility Services market by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Lead sales strategy execution, ensuring alignment with regional objectives, client acquisition goals, and broader organizational growth plans.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle activities including prospecting, pipeline development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial and utility clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices, support cross-selling, and strengthen overall sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee major account management activities using CRM tools to track opportunities, performance, and client interactions.
  • Support development of new service lines and expansion into emerging UAS-related markets and technologies.
  • Ensure all contracts meet internal risk, legal, and compliance standards while effectively balancing commercial objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in utility services, industrial services, or related technical sectors.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within technical or engineering-driven organizations.
  • Experience selling UAS, drone services, or advanced technology-based solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and industrial sales cycles, including solution-based selling approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders in large industrial or utility organizations.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasting, and client relationships effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
  • Technical degree preferred but not mandatory.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary aligned with industry standards.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid holidays and generous paid time off.
  • Supplemental insurance options for additional protection.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, technology-driven industrial services environment.
  • Exposure to advanced UAS and utility inspection technologies.
  • Strong career development opportunities within a national organization.
