- Lead global HR strategy and execution across multiple corporate functions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and talent initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, succession management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Drive large-scale transformation and change management initiatives across departments and regions.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Directors and HR Business Partners while fostering collaboration and consistency across the broader HR organization.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to align compensation, talent acquisition, inclusion initiatives, performance management, and learning strategies.
- Use workforce analytics and KPIs to guide decision-making, monitor organizational effectiveness, and improve talent outcomes.
- Support the evolution of HR operating models, processes, and organizational structures to strengthen business performance and employee experience.
- Influence leadership teams through data-driven recommendations, executive coaching, and strategic workforce insights.
- Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years of HR experience, or Master’s degree with 18+ years of experience, including significant people leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience leading HR functions within complex global and matrixed organizations.
- Strong background in talent management, organizational development, leadership coaching, and strategic workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and change initiatives across large organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics and workforce data to drive strategy and business outcomes.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and build strong partnerships across multiple functions and geographies.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or related regulated industries is preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20–25%.
