Description: Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Service Technician to join our growing team. This position involves hands-on work performing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations of automatic pool cover systems at residential and commercial properties.

No pool cover experience is necessary. We provide paid hands-on training for the right candidate.

Candidates with experience in construction, mechanical work, installation, automotive repair, solar, garage door, maintenance, electrical work, or other trades are encouraged to apply.

We Offer a Competitive base salary with structured pay increases throughout the training program and advancement process.

Additional earning opportunities available through overtime during peak season, commissions, and performance-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Maintenances automatic pool cover systems
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
  • Replace ropes, pulleys, sliders, guide feeds, and other system components
  • Adjust system alignment for proper operation
  • Change hydraulic fluid and perform hydraulic system maintenance
  • Complete sewing repairs using a sewing awl and sewing machine
  • Install replacement fabrics and complete guide conversions
  • Install underguide, recessed top guide, and deck-mounted cover systems
  • Install underguide track systems with or without water in the pool
  • Document all work in our digital platform
  • Maintain professional communication with customers at all times
  • Participate in rotating Saturday and holiday on-call schedules
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized
  • Perform all work safely and with a strong commitment to quality

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
