Belle’s Beach House is looking for an experienced Lead Sushi Chef to join our team in Venice Beach.

We’re seeking a strong leader with a passion for high-quality fish, creative execution, consistency, and team development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, maintains excellent standards, and brings positive energy to the line every day.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong sushi and knife skills
• Experience leading a sushi program or team
• Knowledge of fish sourcing, prep, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Pay:
$32–35/hour DOE
