Residential Supervisor in Opa Locka, Florida at His House Childrens Home

RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR - RESIDENTIAL DEPARTMENT

Responsible for the implementation of home-life organizational procedures and overall supervision of staff and children assigned to the residential homes.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet residential needs; including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited College / University required

PLUS a minimum of TWO (2) years of experience working with children in a social services setting

OR Associates’ degree in Social Work or related field PLUS FOUR (4) years of experience working with children in a social services setting

Bachelors’ degree preferred.

Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and a good driving record

Must have command of the English language verbally and in writing comprehension.
