Position Type: Direct Hire Placement
Must personal injury law firm experience. Only candidates with experience will be considered.
Position Overview
We are seeking a sharp, driven, and client-focused Personal Injury Sales Coordinator to manage and convert inbound leads into retained clients. This role serves as the first impression of the firm and plays a critical role in revenue generation.
This is not a passive intake role—this is a sales-driven position responsible for guiding potential clients through the decision-making process with confidence, urgency, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling high call volume, building trust quickly, and closing high-value cases.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Conversion
• Handle all incoming calls, web inquiries, and referrals with urgency
• Conduct initial case screenings (auto, trucking, rideshare, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.)
• Identify viable, high-value cases and escalate appropriately
• Clearly communicate the firm's value and secure signed retainers
• Follow up consistently and aggressively on all unconverted leads
Sales Performance
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion and retention goals
• Track lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline activity
• Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence through calls, texts, and emails
• Overcome objections and guide clients toward confident decisions
Client Experience
• Deliver a high-touch, professional, and reassuring client experience
• Educate potential clients on the process without providing legal advice
• Ensure all client information is accurately captured and documented
Systems & Coordination
• Input and manage all leads within the CRM system (CasePeer or similar)
• Coordinate with attorneys and case managers during onboarding
• Ensure all required documents are obtained and properly uploaded
• Maintain organized and accurate records at all times
Qualifications
Required
• 2+ years of Georgia personal injury experience REQUIRED (legal intake or high-ticket sales preferred)
• Proven ability to close deals and meet performance targets
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
• Ability to build trust quickly and confidently lead conversations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as CasePeer or Filevine
• Understanding of personal injury case types and terminology
Key Traits for Success
• Confident communicator who can lead conversations effectively
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
• Resilient and not discouraged by rejection
• Emotionally intelligent and able to connect with injured clients
• Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
Compensation & Structure
• Base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to signed cases
• Significant earning potential based on results
Why Join Us
• High-volume, high-value case environment
• Strong brand presence in the Atlanta market
• Direct impact on firm growth and revenue
