Sonographer at LifeBridge Health – Randallstown, Maryland

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of creating a healthier community—one patient at a time—by delivering safe, high-quality care and supporting optimal patient outcomes.

• Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards

• Deliver exceptional patient care by ensuring comfort, dignity, and clear communication throughout each exam

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Demonstrate empathy by actively listening to patient concerns and responding with professionalism and compassion

• Anticipate patient needs and provide timely, courteous, and efficient service

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes collaboration and excellence in care

Experience:

• 1–3 years of ultrasound experience preferred

Education:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program required

Licenses & Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
