Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
Supporting business decision-making by identifying legal risks and providing practical solutions
Delivering high-level legal advice in close cooperation with internal teams and external advisors
Supporting and improving internal legal and compliance frameworks, policies, and guidelines
Coordinating legal aspects of cross-functional projects
Representing the company in litigation and non-litigation matters, and coordinating external counsel
Maintaining relationships with authorities, partners, and advisors
Collaborating closely with the group-level legal team and Legal Director
Law degree obtained in Hungary
Qualified lawyer with a completed Hungarian bar exam
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, primarily in commercial law
Additional experience in employment law and data protection
Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts
Business-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to complex legal matters
Excellent organizational skills, precision, and structured thinking
Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
Project management mindset and experience in cross-functional coordination
Strong risk identification and management capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Professional working proficiency in English and native-level Hungarian
Experience in real estate law
Background in a law firm
LL.M. degree in a relevant legal field
Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects
International work experience
Familiarity with legal tech solutions and process improvement
