Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to order with accuracy, speed, and presentation standards
• Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and prep areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and food quality
• Assist with inventory, food prep, and receiving deliveries as needed
• Uphold health code standards and contribute to a positive team environment

• Proven cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic kitchen techniques
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about good food
