Registered Nurse ALG at Beacon Health System – Allegan, Michigan

$10,000 Bonus

Part time. 24 hrs/week. night shift. 7 pm - 7:30 am. Weekend and holidays per rotation.

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in accordance with the policies, procedures, and protocols of [Your Healthcare Organization]. This role is vital in ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care, implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans.

• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions clearly and accurately.

• Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in a patient’s care to ensure a well-coordinated treatment plan.

• Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately.

• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge planning needs with the healthcare team to ensure safe transitions of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification.

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.

• Required professional licensure must be active at the time of hire.
