Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising and training behavior technicians
  • Experience working in a clinical or school setting
  • Experience with functional analysis and assessment
  • Experience with Verbal Behavior programming
  • Experience with Precision Teaching

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans

Skills:

As a BCBA, you will use your expertise in behavior analysis to develop and implement effective treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your ability to conduct assessments, analyze data, and provide ongoing supervision and training will be essential to the success of our programs. Additionally, your knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques will be used to develop and modify treatment plans as needed. Finally, your attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
