Transportation at Abilities Inc – Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin

Medical Transport Position

The expectation of a medical transport is to transport and attend medical appointment of all consumer of Abilities Inc, to aid in making sure consumers are attending

Dental, Optical, PT/OT, Podiatry, Counseling, Dermatology, Oncology, Labs, Radiology, Pulmonology, Pain Specialist, Orthopedic, ER/Urgent Care Trips, Drop off and/or stay for Out Patient Surgery, Chiropacitic, Colonoscopy and Audiology and ENT, there are included but not limited to.

This position requires a clean driving record

Valid Driver License

Work hours Monday-Friday and be able to flex hours between 6am-5pm

Employee will be trained to use all company lift vans and vehicles

Will have have knowledge and comprehension of Google Calendar and When to work scheduling and be trained on ECP.

Medical Transports will report to the Corp Office daily to punch in, check med transport schedule and facilitate any transports. Med transport will be assigned duties by Program Director/Assistant Director when there are no appointments

Will not work floor unless approved by Program Director

Must Maintain a professional attitude and appearance as you will be representing Abilities Inc in the community and within Medical appointments

Schedule all follow up appointments and document on physician consult forms

Inform Program Manager of all results including any new orders, put all paperwork in program managers mailbox and scan to ECP

Will work with all Program Manager to schedule yourself out obviously more high priority appointments rank.

Duties are able to change at anytime from Administration.
