Description:

Our Client is currently looking for a contact drilling engineer for a 6-9 month assignment in the Great Pittsburgh area. Must be local or willing to stay in the area 95% of the time for duration of the assignment.

• Minimum 10 years Drilling Engineer experience that includes a mixture of field experience.
• Appalachia Basin and out of basin experience. Deep Utica a plus.
• Experience with HPHT.
• Experience with stuck pipe prevention and resolution.
• Proficient in WellPlan including T&D analysis.
• This assignment will be 50% in our office and 50% onsite.
• Work schedule will be prioritized around operational activity (Periodic nights and weekends will be necessary).
• 24/7 on-call availability.
• Ability to work with limited oversight and in strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication is a must.
