HIL - Case Stack Operator at Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. – Dallas, Texas

*Rate: $18.64 per hour

*Hours: 6:30AM - 2:30PM

*This role involves overtime & weekends

*Cold environment all year round

*Essential Functions:

• Stack and unstack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately 7 feet to the ground and back continually for the duration of the shift.
• Load and move stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds for the duration of the shift in the staging and loading of trailers.
• Keep work area safe and clean, Work in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow both written and verbal instructions and fill out written daily reports

*Other Functions:

• Must climb, stoop, crawl, twist turn and move objects above and below the head as well as stand and walk continually.
• Scrubs pipe fittings and machines with chemical solution, using brush
• Dismantles and reassembles machine
• Attaches pipes and fittings to machines, using wrenches
• Opens containers and bags and dumps various ingredients into machine hoppers
• Starts and stops machines and equipment
• Loads cartons into machines
• Does minor adjustments to machines as needed to maintain operation
