The Certified Nurse Aide II is responsible for administering direct patient care in a courteous, caring manner, and performing any other duties deemed necessary to ensure optimal patient care, under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse. The Certified Nurse Aide II interacts with unit staff members, patients, patient's family members, and other departments to ensure the comfort and safety for all patients on the unit. The Certified Nurse Aide II performs skills approved by the North Carolina Board Of Nursing and as delegated by the licensed nurse on a client-by-client basis.
