Job Description

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:
The part-time Camp Baker Graduate data position gains experience with data collection, management, input, and storage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reads the program manual and be extensively familiar with the behavior modification program and rules and procedures for daily recreational activities.
  • Assists with data entry for all campers and groups
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
  • Works under the supervision of the Camp Baker leadership team and experienced Camp Baker staff members and receive regular feedback about performance.
  • Learns to appropriately record, document, and enter critical incident reports.
  • Participates in week-long didactic training on behavior modification principles and orientation to treatment approach and intervention components.
  • Training:
    • Attends staff training week to learn about our data storage, input, and management system.
