GAS DOCK ATTENDANT in Hastings, Minnesota at KINGS COVE MARINA

King's Cove Marina is looking for seasonal gas dock employees!

Responsibilities/Duties

1) Proper and prompt assistance in tying up and untying all boats.

2) Filling up boats with gas and water, pumping out boat's holding tank.

3) Develop a strong relationship with our customers and promote a positive image

for the marina and its departments.

4) Perform daily tasks as specified by Gas Dock Supervisor.

5) Promote and follow all safety regulations and ensure that the facility is kept clean

and all safety risks are minimized.

6) Replenish consumable products on the shelf when needed making sure to

properly account for them in the computer.

7) Know location of fire fighting equipment and how to operate same.

8) Knowledge of and ability to perform emergency procedures for any type of

incident that may occur.

9) Know and understand KCM Rules/Regulations and Policies/Procedures.

10) Any other responsibilities/duties as assigned by the Gas Dock Supervisor or

Marina Management.

11) Handle entry and processing of Transient Reservations

-Customer Service experience

-Boat Knowledge, including boat handling, tying up, pumping gas, and operating pump out system

-Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions for long periods of time

-Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and floating docks without difficulty

-Ability to handle cash and credit card payments accurately and honestly

-Ability to follow direction and work quickly and safely at all time
