About This Position
Program Analyst IV need to support services for Defense Medical Human Resources System Internet (DMHRSI), Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS), and Data Quality Management Control (DQMC) for the Cost Analysis and Performance Evaluation (CAPE) Department within the Directorate of Resource Management (DRM) of the Navy Medicine Readiness Training Center (NMRTC) U.S. Naval Hospital Guam.
Job Duties:
Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating, planning, and organizing the Command’s Customer Relations Program and presenting periodic data on the program. The contractor shall be responsible for managing the Customer Relations Program aimed at all military, civilian, contract and Government staff to provide quality customer services to all beneficiaries and staff entrusted to the care of USNH Guam. Also, the contractor is directly responsible for the development and coordination of the following:
(1) Staff initiation to Customer Relations Program via Command Orientation.
(2) Customer Relations Training for department representatives; and
(3) Staff and beneficiary customer satisfaction survey program.
Skills and Qualification:
- 6-10 years' experience
- Knowledge of DHA Systems and Programs specifically DMHRSi, MERPSm and DQMC programs
- Analytical Skills- The ability to evaluate the quantity and quality of work performances, assess resources utilization and validate workload reporting methods and outputs
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear, effective oral and written reports.
- Understanding of medical offices functions and clinical support processes,
