Position Title: Watch Care Provider
Location: Fort Carson, CO – Religious Support Office (RSO) Facilities

• Provide direct childcare for infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age children during religious services and events (up to 4 hours weekly plus 8 special events annually).

• Maintain line-of-sight supervision of children at all times.

• Follow Army Regulation (AR) 608-10 child-to-adult ratios and facility capacity requirements.

• Ensure proper hygiene, including handwashing, diapering, clothing changes, and safe feeding practices.

• Administer basic first aid for minor injuries and promptly notify guardians or supervisors of incidents.

• Reset and sanitize Watch Care rooms after each session, including cleaning toys, equipment, and surfaces.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.

• Prior experience working with children in childcare, education, or community settings preferred.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with children, parents, and RSO staff.
