Job Purpose: As a Program Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions to effectively carry out the daily services of the residential program.

Job Functions

  • Be involved with the interdisciplinary team's development of the client's treatment plan, providing support and assistance with all activities to ensure the completion of the client's treatment plan and effectively communicating with those involved with the treatment plan
  • Document behaviors appropriately in the client medical records
  • Monitoring clients during their daily activities
  • Assisting clients with program resources
  • Ensure the safety of clients at all times
  • Transporting clients to various appointments
  • Providing skill training when assigned
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of monthly activity plans for the program
  • Monitor samples for laboratory testing, such as urine samples
  • Participating with residents in house meetings
  • Complete required trainings and attending staff meetings
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by the Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in a psychiatric or substance abuse recovery setting preferred.
