Reports to: VP of Marketing

Location: Remote, USA

Position type: Full Time

Who we are:

Sticky.io is the intelligent revenue optimization platform transforming how modern businesses handle payments. Our AI-powered technology helps companies convert payment challenges into growth opportunities, processing over $8 billion annually for enterprise merchants, retailers, and subscription businesses. With 16+ years of expertise serving diverse commerce models — from high-risk ecommerce to global retailers — we empower merchants to optimize payments, recover lost revenue, and build lasting customer relationships with confidence. Through advanced transaction optimization, automated recovery, and sophisticated risk management, we enable businesses to strengthen their revenue streams and accelerate growth in an increasingly complex digital commerce landscape.

About the role:

We’re seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Sticky.io’s paid media strategy across all channels — including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and other emerging platforms.

This is a high-impact, data-driven role where creative meets analytical. You’ll spearhead the paid strategy from top to bottom — budget planning, campaign structure, forecasting, targeting, funnel optimization, and reporting — ensuring our campaigns are driving results with measurable ROI.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with content marketing, design, and web development to build high-converting landing pages, refine messaging, and ensure our campaigns reach the right audience with the right message at the right time. If you thrive on experimentation, live for conversion metrics, and love finding scalable ways to turn ad spend into growth — this is your role.

  • Owns performance strategy and execution across paid channels

  • Manages budget allocation, forecasting, KPIs, and ROI analysis

  • Partners closely with creative, web development, and content teams to develop high-performing ads and landing pages

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.

  • Develop, forecast, and manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI and pipeline generation.

  • Define and monitor campaign KPIs, including CTR, CVR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, pipeline influence, and overall funnel performance.

  • Build, test, and scale campaigns that drive qualified traffic, MQLs, and revenue.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creative and messaging tailored to key personas.

  • Partner with web development and marketing operations to build and optimize HubSpot landing pages for paid traffic.

  • Continuously A/B test creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Own paid analytics dashboards, attribution modeling, and reporting to inform strategy and forecast performance.

  • Stay current with paid media trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to ensure Sticky.io stays ahead of the curve.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure alignment on campaign goals, lead quality, and funnel conversion metrics.

  • Identify opportunities to expand into new ad platforms, test emerging formats, and scale proven winners.

Required experience, knowledge, and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience managing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or fintech.

  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and achieving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one emerging channel (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, or LinkedIn).

  • Strong command of data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker Studio, etc.) with the ability to turn insights into action.

  • Experience with landing page optimization (HubSpot CMS preferred), A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Excellent understanding of attribution, bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience segmentation.

  • Strong copywriting instincts and creative direction for ad assets and campaigns.

  • Highly analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

  • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally across marketing, design, web, and sales teams.

  • Proficiency using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation/CRM systems.

  • Prior experience promoting marketing events (including conferences and tradeshows) to effectively drive pipeline and generate leads.

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K

  • Short-Term, Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance (100% employer paid)

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays

  • Compensation Package includes Great Equity Incentive Plan
