Bond Cocktail Lounge is a modern, stylish venue known for its expertly crafted cocktails, elevated ambiance, and top-tier guest experience. We’re looking for a driven and hospitality-focused Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, inspire our team, and uphold the high standards that define Bond.

As the Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar’s day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, beverage innovation, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with ownership and front-of-house management to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

• Manage and schedule bar staff, ensuring adequate coverage and top-tier service.
• Hire, train, and mentor bartenders and barbacks in line with Bond’s standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain cost-effective operations and stock availability.
• Develop seasonal cocktail menus and collaborate with mixologists to keep offerings creative and on-brand.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, including cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and aim for quick, satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain POS systems and ensure accuracy in pricing and reporting.
• Monitor beverage costs, reduce waste, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Promote a positive team culture, lead by example, and encourage professional growth.

• 3+ years of experience in bar management or a similar supervisory role in a high-volume cocktail environment.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and modern mixology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with inventory management and cost control.
• TABC Certified (or applicable certification depending on location).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night hospitality environment.
